Free Delivery on Orders Over £250

We believe in making it easy and affordable for you to get the furniture you need. That’s why we offer free delivery on all orders over £250 within the UK.

Here’s how it works:

  • Once you place your order, we’ll arrange for a courier directly from the manufacturer to deliver your items to your door. This helps us ensure the quickest, most efficient delivery possible.
  • For orders under £250, a small delivery charge will apply, which will be calculated at checkout.

We’re proud to offer this service to ensure that your furniture arrives safely and promptly without the added cost.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the product and manufacturer, but we typically aim to deliver within 5-10 business days. We’ll always keep you updated with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery Notifications: Our courier partners will notify you ahead of time so you know exactly when to expect your delivery.

Free 14-Day Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your items, we offer free 14-day returns.

Here’s how it works:

  • Requesting a Return: If you wish to return your item, simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the return process and arrange for a courier to collect the item directly from your door.
  • Item Condition: Please ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it’s in resellable condition before issuing your refund.
  • Refund Process: Once the item has been checked, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a return at no extra cost to you and ensure the issue is resolved promptly.
